Scheduling Instructions

Please note the size of your property in SQFT. Homes over 3k sqft have an added cost of $50 per 500sqft over.

Please allow a 30 minute window of arrival from the shoot time to allow for traffic and unforeseen circumstances at my prior photo shoot. If I have your cell phone number, I will text you my ETA prior to arrival on the day of your appointment.

Your images will be available within 24-48 hours. If you would like same day delivery, please call to arrange for this option.

If for any reason, this session needs to be rescheduled, please call me 24 hours prior to this appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Due to increasing demands for appointments, any cancellation will be assessed a fee if I have not been notified at least 24 hours in advance. I appreciate your understanding in this.

Licensing Agreement

All photographs taken by Chad Jones Photography, Inc. are licensed to the agent/broker and/or paying client; for a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial use.
The images can only be used for the marketing of the given property under contract. The images can not be altered without permission. Electronic and social media use is granted. Photo credit must be given in any videos, books, magazines or newspapers when applicable.
Rental usage is subject to additional licensing fees and is not covered under this policy unless other arrangements with photographer have been made. The client can no longer use, have a license for or transfer the images to any third party without permission in manner after the close of escrow, listing expiration with client for that given property or if property changes brokers or agents; an exception is for self promotion for future listing business.
Chad Jones Photography, Inc. reserves the right to transfer and resell, without any form of compensation or permission from agent/client; all photographs only after the close of escrow, listing expiration or listing cancellation for the given property. Any other use outside this license or the marketing of the property are subject to additional licensing fees.
After 30 days non-payment, I reserve the right to revoke your license to use the photos and all upgrades will be disabled.
All rights and ownership of photographs are fully retained by Chad Jones Photography, Inc.
